As a female entrepreneur from Southeast Asia, I understand the perspective of women leaders and their concerns when setting up their own businesses. On the contrary to men, the majority of women tend to avoid being in the center of attention. However, there are unique female individuals who want to pursue a bigger dream. In my opinion, women should not fear managerial roles or feel that they’re compelled to impress other people as business leaders. Think of it as a way to step up and realize their dreams. Through this sharing, I want to show other female entrepreneurs that they’re not alone. And that if I can step up to become an entrepreneur, then so can they.
