I have been a keynote, workshop and training facilitator, as well as a university lecturer on the topics of public relations, crisis management, professional communications, social media and integrated marketing in Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
I would love to extend my knowledge and experience to the wider audience, be it professionals, academics or students.
My research interest revolves around my industry background in public relations. I have always been curious of the different topics of business communication, including my public relations field, as well as corporate communication, crisis communication and marketing communication; how the academic research can benefit the industry practitioners; and how the industry practices are similar to or different from existing research findings.
